Manchester City seem to be making real headway on retooling their offense. They’ve apparently reached a full verbal agreement on personal terms with Allan Elias, a 22-year-old winger from Palmeiras. He sounds pretty keen to make the switch to the Premier League champs.
Now that they have the player’s agreement, City and Palmeiras have started talking club-to-club to sort out the details of the transfer. There’s a 100 million euro release clause in Allan Elias’s contract, but City is hoping to negotiate a fee lower than that.
This quick move for Allan is apparently linked to Savinho’s imminent departure. He’s expected to move to Tottenham Hotspur for a reported 85 million pounds.
