Locked In: Fabián Ruiz and Willian Pacho Set to Extend PSG Stays

Paris Saint-Germain is moving quickly to secure its core. The French giants are reportedly set to officially announce contract extensions for two of their most reliable squad pillars: midfield maestro Fabián Ruiz and defensive powerhouse Willian Pacho. The Ecuadorian center-back has been a revelation since arriving in Paris with a contract valid until 2029 but following talks that began back in December 2025, both PSG and Pacho have mutually agreed to trigger his contract’s extension option, securing his place in the backline for the foreseeable future.

On the other hand Fabian Ruiz, fresh off proving his elite caliber on both the domestic and international stages, the Spanish international is also locking in his future in Paris. Ruiz has agreed to a new 1+1 deal. This contract ties him to PSG until 2028, with an additional option to extend for another season through 2029.

Both contract extensions are fully agreed upon by all parties. Fans can expect the official media campaign and club announcements to drop in the coming days. By locking down Ruiz and Pacho, PSG is sending a clear message: they are committed to building stability and keeping their world-class talent right where they belong. #DoneDeal
