Ipswich Town made a significant move in the transfer market by permanently signing 22-year-old attacking midfielder Julio Enciso from Strasbourg.
The Athletic reported that Ipswich, known as the Tractor Boys, agreed to a large financial deal worth over €30 million for the Paraguayan international. This figure includes potential add-ons and a sell-on clause for Strasbourg.
Enciso passed his medical and has signed a five-year contract with Ipswich Town.
Enciso is known for his flair, vision, and ability to advance the ball. He can play as a central attacking midfielder or from the wings. Previously with Brighton and Strasbourg, he is a goal threat from outside the box and creates many scoring opportunities in the final third.
