Everton and AS Monaco have come to a full agreement for the transfer of Folarin Balogun. Monaco is set to sell, and Everton is now working on the final details, like personal terms and medicals, to get this significant transfer done.
The overall deal for Everton is worth £38.6 million guaranteed, with an additional £4.3 million in potential add-ons. Monaco has also made sure to include a clause that gives them a percentage of any future sale Everton might make for the player.
Balogun, who is 25, offers flexibility, a knack for direct runs, and strong finishing skills to Goodison Park. After a successful stint in Ligue 1 following his move from Arsenal, the US international gives Sean Dyche’s team a really strong attacking option as they head into the new season.
