Crystal Palace have struck an agreement to sign 19-year-old American prodigy Zavier Gozo from Real Salt Lake.
The Premier League club agreed to a package valued at £10 million to secure the dynamic winger and wing-back. Gozo has officially been granted permission to travel to London to undergo his medical examination before putting pen to paper on his contract.
Gozo has established himself as one of the brightest young attacking talents in North American soccer. Capable of playing as a direct winger or an explosive right wing-back, the 19-year-old earned a spot in the 2026 MLS All-Star Game following consistent performances for Real Salt Lake.
Known for his speed, 1v1 dribbling, and physical engine along the flanks, Gozo attracted interest from across Europe including clubs in France and Italy, as well as rivals in the EFL and Premier League before Palace made their move to close the deal.
The signing represents another strategic addition to Palace’s player development pipeline, which has famously propelled young talent into top-tier stars.
Under new head coach Pierre Sage, Gozo gives Palace added explosive power and tactical versatility out wide. He complements wing-back Daniel Muñoz and provides direct wide threat as Palace continue to construct a deep, high-tempo squad ahead of the upcoming Premier League campaign.
