Brentford Move to Reward Kevin Schade with Improved Contract Amid Heavy European Interest.

Brentford has begun contract discussions with winger Kevin Schade. They’re looking to offer the 24-year-old a new deal after his strong performance this season. Schade, who signed with Brentford permanently from Freiburg last year, has become a significant attacking force in the Premier League. His recent form has also earned him a place in the German national team, starting in the first two games under manager Jürgen Klopp.

It seems Schade is willing to extend his stay with the club, but negotiations are in the early stages, and an agreement isn’t expected immediately. Brentford’s management is focused on securing their player’s future. Even though his current contract runs until 2028, the club wants to adjust his salary to match his current importance and fend off interest from other teams.

Schade has already scored 3 goals in the first 5 league matches, helping Brentford reach the top half of the standings. Several top clubs, including Arsenal and Liverpool, have been watching him, as have Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur. His role in the German national team under Klopp for the UEFA Nations League has also increased his international visibility.

For Schade, this is a critical career moment. Remaining with Brentford means consistent playing time, a system that suits his speed, and a good environment to strengthen his position in the German squad. However, with talks just starting, his representatives are not in a hurry to finalize anything. As interest from major European clubs grows, a quick deal is unlikely while both sides negotiate terms and future plans.
