Al-Hilal Eyeing Gabriel Martinelli Move as Arsenal Set £60m Price Tag

Al-Hilal, in the Saudi Pro League, is looking into signing Gabriel Martinelli from Arsenal. Nothing’s set in stone between the clubs yet, but talks are happening between them and the guys who represent the 25-year-old Brazilian.

Arsenal is asking for around 60 million pounds to let him go. They need to sort out their finances and bring in more attackers. Martinelli himself would rather stay in Europe, but this offer from Al-Hilal is pretty sweet financially. He’d already turned down interest and a 38 million pound bid from Galatasaray.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Martinelli is one of three wingers Al-Hilal is looking at. Pedro Neto from Chelsea is also on that list.

This potential move for Martinelli is happening while Mikel Arteta is shaking things up with his attacking players. Arsenal is actively searching for a well-known winger, and Kenan Yildiz from Juventus seems to be a top target. If they can sell Martinelli to Saudi Arabia, or perhaps work out a swap deal within Europe, it would give Arsenal the money they need to wrap up their transfer business late in the window.
